Classes and Workshops

Registration will be accepted at the Human Services office weekdays. Pre-registration is requested, however, registration will be accepted at the first meeting if openings exist. Certain activities could be canceled prior to the first meeting if sufficient pre-registration is not received. Payment may be made in cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard. Checks are to be made payable to "City of Montclair". A parent or guardian must register participants under the age of 18. For certain activities supply fees will be charged.

• Enrollment is limited. • All fees must be paid at the time of registration. • Make checks payable to "City of Montclair." • Programs with "no fee" register at first meeting. • Instructors are subject to change without notice. • Recreation facilities are wheelchair accessible. Sports Leagues, Trips, Special Events

Registration procedures will vary and will be announced in all special newsletters and announcements pertinent to those activities.

Class Cancellations

When a class is canceled due to insufficient registration or for other reasons, our office will notify you before the scheduled first meeting. If an alternate date has been set for the activity, you will have the option of transferring to that time period or receiving a refund. Refunds will be mailed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given only if requested before the first class meeting, or if the activity is canceled by the City or as otherwise noted.

Late Registration Procedures

If a program still has openings after the close of regular registration, sign-ups will be taken at the Human Services office prior to or at the time of the first meeting.
