Notice to appear citations and parking citations eligible for proof of correction sign-off (as indicated on the citation) may be brought to the business office of the Police Department, along with proof of correction, during regular business hours. The fee is $12. There is no fee for this service for Montclair residents or for citations issued by the Montclair Police Department.

Having a violation signed off provides proof of correction only - additional action is required. Follow the instructions on the citation regarding payment of reduced bail with proof of correction.
