Payments

Parking citation payments are not accepted at the Police Department. Payments by check or money order are to be mailed to Enforcement Technology, P.O. Box 4726, Irvine, CA 92616. Enforcement Technology can be reached at (800) 654-7275.

Payments are due 21 calendar days from the date of issuance. Payments are to be postmarked on or before the due date in order to be paid on time.

A courtesy reminder notice will be mailed to the registered owner of record.

Payments may also be made on-line at EZPay Corp.

Contesting a Citation

Administrative Review forms to contest a parking citation are available at the Police Department business office, by calling Enforcement Technology, or click here to access the Parking Citation Administrative Review form. A request for administrative review must be postmarked by the due date in order to be eligible for review.
